By using this forum we assume that you have read these rules and you are 100% agree with what is written here.
Moderators / administrators have the right to apply sanctions from a simple warning to a ban for a determined period or permanently on a section or the entire forum. In extreme cases an administrator can even permanently delete the account in question. These sanctions are applicable to all users that not follow the rules.
We are not encouraging in any way that users put as many posts as they can. Post a message only if what you have to say is linked with the topic.
In this forum deviation from the section profile it is not allowed. It is also recommended to use the Search option to see if the subject you want to debate as initiating a new thread has already been discussed.
Ther is not allowed to use a rude language, aberrant, discussions like IRC, monosyllabic replies ("yes", "lol", "sure", etc.), promote software piracy and posting contrary laws.
It is forbidden to highlight items using colors and fonts with a size over the default. Exceptions are not presumed, is applied after moderator approval sections where you want to post.
Each user is responsible for what he writes, the management of this forum does not assume responsibility for your opinions.
We do not accept clones. If a user is banned and create an account that he uses to avoid that sanction, both accounts will be banned. True for accounts used to request explanations before the expiry of a temporary ban. This rule is retroactive.
Relapse, even if slight deviations, it is considered an aggravating factor.
Advertising spam via the private message is strictly prohibited. Attention! Do not use this rule to pay "debts" because it can be easily checked if such a claim is valid or not. If a user is found guilty of trying to fool the moderators or administrators, the penalties will be extremely severe.
Any complaint against another user (with or without the option Report this post to a moderator) will be solved by the moderator of this forum or in exceptional cases, by an administrator. Any complaint against a moderator will be resolved with the utmost seriousness and attention by an administrator. His decision are final on the case. Misuse of the options listed in this paragraph shall be punished.
In any situation not covered specifically by this Regulation board, administrators have the last word.
